teamcerebrus

We are Team Cerebrus. We are named after an Ancient Greek mythical dog from the Underworld (as known in Hercules's 12 Labors) who serves as Hades's pet. The dog has three heads and guards the gates of Hell from the living. This represents the fact that we will defend our opinions like the Gates of Hell to make sure no one surpasses our logic. It can only be defeated my a magical flute, but I don't know where that metaphor goes so let's just drop that, shall we? We have 5 team member, but that's only because Team Hydra does, too. We are comprised of the following members: Redstater94 (founder), Liberalslayer (strong defender of consevrative views), kdasher (logical expert), frankiej4189 (king of class), and emeraldstone (liberal expert). We may only be debated by another 5-member team account. Rules of team debating:1.) Every team must contain 5 members and own a team account, whose password is known by the 5 members.2.) There is a team debate every week. Team debates are conducted in the Battle/Competitive section of Convinceme.3.) Each member posts only one argument each. (Any further points to be made is to be written in the comments. Amount of evidence is unlimited for every member). Each member must be assigned a topic and/or position (opening, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, closing debater) by the elected team leader or tactics adviser, however it is encouraged that each member will have at least one turn in each position.4.) Voting on behalf of your own team from your personal account is forbidden. In the name of fairness, leave all votes to the other members of the site.5.) Debate topic is chosen by a different team every week. Team members on both sides should vote quickly on which side to argue in the debate (affirmative or negative).6.) Each argument must begin with the following, clearly separated from the actual argument: e.g. Redstater94 of Team Cerebrus - Affirmative 3rd.
