There are only a handful of "debates" that have turned into real debates. And plenty of voting is unrelated to the arguments presented, relying instead on preconceived notions.

The times they are a changing. With new topics coming in daily (ie. read the news :P) we'll find plenty to talk about.

They didnt have the society/fashion subject-groups in this site for nothing right :)

But some debates get flagged as "inappropriate" such as the God vs No God debate.

Perhaps we could have a profile option on our account that says "I don't want to be offended" or "Nothing offends me" and then there will be no complaining as to the debate topics and we can have more debates.

Everyone debates about anything. It could be the stupidest thing like "Rock is better than Pop".

As long as everyone thinks differently..we will always debate.
