I've never been to Costco, but from what I've heard from an employee I know, the benefits are amazing and their company 'minimum wage' breaches $15.00 an hour. I could stand shelving things, dealing with irate customers and in general being friendly under all circumstances for wages that high and benefits that include medical coverage, paid holiday etc...
