the WMD threat was just a ploy to get the American people riled for the cause, the government knew there werent any all along

Its all about oil, and making bucko bucks off of war profits, also American empire building, there are several multi billion dollar American fortresses that were erected out in the western desert right near the oil pipelines, which just happen to go from Iraq straight to Isreal, yep
Isreal gets the oil at rock bottom prices then sells gas right back to the military forces in Iraq at huge markup prices

its rape pure and simple

USA removed a terrorist government, and substituted for smaller terrorist networks infringing on Iraqi government. Billions of dollars later, Iraqis feel more freedom. Was it justified - it was for the Iraqis, but it hurt USA economy.
Definitely not outrageous.

After 9/11, Bush invaded Iraq because of the substantial threat of WMD. After 9 years, none have been found, terrorists have flooded the area (none of which were there before,) and a previously strong government that is now in shambles along with thousands of innocent dead.. Do you still think that it was justified?

Tony Blair and George W. Bush should be tried for illegally instigating a war against another state. It is against international law. They should be sentenced to prison.

Bush, being the idiot he is wanted to follow in his poor daddy's footsteps and invade Iraq, but he had no reason to. The entire world can see it was about the fact that a country so rich in Oil was so anti-America. America is a beast, it uses up more oil per day than most nations on earth put together. As soon as the oil runs out America will crumble. They do everything they can to grab every last bit of it they can.

Like jfloomis3 said, Iraq is now more unstable and more unpredicatbale then before. The world supported Afghanistan actions, but no one supported Iraq action. It was the biggest mistake America has ever made, the consequences of it will last for generations.
