Hero! The Punisher is justified in what he does.

The Punisher's motives are about as pure as they get in reality, and his methods are actually a bit more clean than your typical DEA department, so I'm going to argue for the "hero" side.

I've noticed over the past decade that, in a lot of cases, the only real difference between soldiers and terrorists is that the soldiers are a lot better equipped and wear uniforms. If you're slaughtering civilians by the thousands, why does it matter if you're doing it in an organized and methodical manner? The connection between heroes and vigilantes is like this.

Hum...i don't know if it means cream, never heard of that.....I know for sure in Romanian and French it means to SHOWER. It is derived from the Latin word "ductio" which means shower.

In AMERICA...Douche generally means "vaginal irrigation" or its used as a derogatory slang term.

You said "..I prefer war over women"

....lol, so you would be ok if women were completely annihilated and there were a whole bunch of men fighting and killing each other. I don't know if you meant that in real life or just movie wise.

There have been a lot of great action/romance movies.
An Officer and a Gentleman
James Bond
Romancing the stone
Mr. and Mrs. Smith

He's an anti-hero, but a hero nonetheless.

I'm right in the middle. I agree with most of his motives... but not his methods.

It would have been too cliche if he would have hooked up with Joan! The Punisher doesn't allow himself to have emotional attachments, kinda like Batman (although sometimes Bats has lapses in judgments on this issue). I guess I'm not talking only about the movies, but about the comics too. I think the comics sum up the character of the Punisher much better than the movie does.

What does romance have to do with anything? Love is simply an emotion stimulated by hormones such as serotonin in order to compel people to breed. Besides, this movie, this whole story, is about a man exterminating those who ruined his life. Also, I am glad there was no romance in the movie because if there was, this movie would just be another justification for feminists to make the accusation that all men care about is women and violence. Honestly, I prefer war over women, mainly because I despise the human race and love total annihilation.
P.S. Did you know that douche means cream in French?

Hehehe, that would be something, like Warhammer 40K. As for the doche=cream, I saw that on a bottle cap from snapple...

I don't belive any if those sources would be valid. I checked on answers.com and it appears that it does mean shower. I was confusing it with the word doux which actually means sweet. This due to the fact that I can't read French. I resent that of course.

Though i will not side against the punisher, he does have some cruel, yet, kickass ways of bringing justice. He is a Hero nonetheless, he rids the, well, "general" area i guess you could say, of rapists, serial killers, cereal killers, murderers, and just plain villainous characters including mob bosses. Just think, if you had a vigilante with the punishers tactics and characteristics would you side against him?

Villain! He is no better than the criminals he kills

Neither.... STUPID

Hum..first i would like to say what a big douche he is. I didn't like the first movie whatsoever.....WHY? ...well because he didn't have a romantic relationship with that girl.

That movie would have been better if he did......Now when I think of him I think of a really big douche who just wants revenge and to kill everyone.
