Since it is more short-term, it is virtually impossible to forget something you wanted to add.

i can say things in person that are understood to be bit absurd, or that are not meant to be taken to seriously, or that are ambiguous in some way, and the other person will understand and exchange without getting offended and without missing the point of what i am saying. i find it far too easy to be offended by or to misinterpret what people say when it is written down and is without inflection.
