Our Declaration of Independance mentions our "Creator" is what gives us our rights. Not the government. Our Bill of Rights gives control of the government into the people's hands. Thus creating the link. So the US Constitution promotes weaker Government stronger people. I came across this when i was doing a summer assignment of AP Government.

I can't tell if this debate is how everything should be ideally, or how it works in reality. Nevertheless, I'll state that I think the people should be in control of the government. Government should be accountable to the people, and ideally the government should be of the people, with active participation in politics among the populace, meaning not just voting. Unfortunately, it's clear that in the real world the opposite is the case, where we have a government separate from the people, where the real issues affecting the populace aren't adequately addressed. Forget the part about the creator, we currently have a government full of unrepresentative elites, when we should have a more responsive system.

The sequence must be creator, people, government, as it is the only possible order. In order for the people to exist, the creator must exist first in order to create the people. In order for the government to exist, the people must exist first to form the government. Some may say the creator could make the government but the government is ran by people so if the people didn't exist the government couldn't exist as it would serve no purpose. The purpose of the government is to protect the people and, in exchange, they give up some of their rights and since the creator is above the law it would not control the creator leaving the government no-one to run it and no-one to protect. If there is no-one to create it then it cant exist. It would be like expecting the shoe to be invented in a world with no people. Or in the argument about the creator making the government, you could say it would be like expecting the only person to ever exist who happens to have no hearing, to invent music. He would have the ability but there would be no reason. Some may suggest that the creator doesn't exist but that goes into a different argument.

If you work for a government you will find that it go's head of government, heads friends, heads cousins any person who can make a position that sounds good, and then the people no one gives a crap about usually the people doing the real work. This is the way it go's If you want to get high within any government don’t have a course have a strategy to pass your superior.
