I realize the national importance of supporting your particular country, your leaders, your soldiers, etc. But our allegiance to the human race supersedes nationalism. The US’s stance on Iraq and the trillions of OUR dollars that have been spent killing people, destroying a country, for absolutely no justifiable reason is despicable. All of us true Americans should be ashamed for allowing such a travesty to occur. If cutting off funding is the only way to break the cycle, then I guess it is time to cut the funding.

Especially since the spending of the Iraq war funds is unclear. The president knows how over 70% of the country is against the Iraq war, he chooses to ignore the wishes of those in charge of the country. We, the people, run this country…not one delusional man. I say cut the funding, bring the troops home, and put companies like Blackwater on trial for war crimes. Those that have died, those that have suffered, deserve JUSTICE.

I do believe that we as citizens of America should be able to see how the man running our country (and in a way how we live) spends money. Most of the money going towards that war is being provided by us anyways. We pay taxes for this war and we should be able to see how our money is being spent.

Remember, Bush is on record as supporting Senator Clinton as the next President...... There are deals in the works the likes of which our worst nightmares are not made of...

Do you really think that we will ever know much about what the real reasons why the US invaded Iraq are? And, please, don't tell me you believe the sop that the media and 'conspiracy nuts' perpetuate....oil is just a very believable pretext - a pre-requisite for a successful smokescreen....

I not sure what this will achieve. The majority of Americans already know or are at least convinced that he overspent by a longshot. Detailing how he spent doesn't do anything except piss off more people.

We should find solutions of how to be more fiscally conservative rather than just how to make more people angry.

Many people know the war funds. Even if Bush tells people what they already know, it still will not end the war.

Okay. Here is what will happen. He will make a big speech about the statistics. The war will still continue. People will still die. Money will still be lost. And there will be no change. Talk is cheap! If you really have a problem, then go and fix it.
