Yes, time travel is possible...we do it every second of the day (forward).

Isn't there a conspiracy about the Philidelphia Experiement being to do with time travel?

It already is possible.

Time passes differently on different parts of the universe. If you stay in a certain area of the universe and then come back to Earth for one day, when you return to Earth, you will see that people have aged years. Or it could be the other way around. It's possible to travel forward, but not back. It's possible to do, but not with humans, right now.

Time travel is at least theoretically possible. I read several years ago about experiments with time, using particles of light. The experimenters were able to effect past or conditions of the particles by changing the present conditions. I realize that's a long way from changing the time a person occupies, but scientists are working on it. It's just a matter of time.

it already is: wormholes. but we don't know how to control it and what happens when you go inside one.

IT IS POSSIBLE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!

As you see in the video: motion slows down time
So in fact by walking across a room, you are experiencing a form of time travel.

I simply can't believe that history or the current state of the world would still be what they are if time travel ever became possible. That doesn't rule out Mallett's no-predating-the-machine type of travel, but...

...well, honestly, maybe it's that I rather hope not. I'm relentlessly pro-science, but this is one area in which I'm pulling right along with the flat-Earthers.

For one thing, I cannot imagine a single technology that would ever be 1) more potentially harmful, and 2) more absolutely certain to eventually be abused.

And aside from the scary part...being linear is the one thing that makes our lives make sense. It makes us who we are by forcing our choices, and the awareness of it is a huge part of what makes us human to begin with. It's far too much to lose just to get endless do-overs, or see if you should buy now or wait for the next release.
