Arms are useful to shoot down animals which threaten the life of humans, in certain living areas.
Without arms, many murders will still be commited with other weapons such as the knife. So if we ban guns, we might as well ban all items which are sharp and can peirce.
Banning of guns will not change humans motives to kill other humans. But, if a rather strong person does threaten the life of another person who is rather not strong, then arms would be useful.
Also, the second amendment allows people to keep and bear arms.
It does not allow humans to hurt other humans with it.
Basically, what arms are supposed to be used for is shooting animals and self defense. If somebody breaks the rules, it's not the amendment's fault. It's their fault.
If you use a car outside of it's purpose, and run somebody over, it's your fault. Not Toyota's.
Dirtpatch was shot 3 times. He is still standing. Guns don't = death all of the time.
I would like to take this moment to cheer for Dirtpatch for having the bravery to survive 3 bullets.
